I had an amazing 4 night stay. the breakfast, with the option of cereal, was exceptionally nice. - the majority of the staff were especially helpful. - the hotel was true luxury and nicely decorated. - It is in a central location near the restaurant, bar, Brooklands Museum, and Mercedes Benz World.

I asked for a deluxe room with amazing views and a super comfy bed, and I had a fab stay. the location is great, close to local shops. - I enjoyed having coffee at Sunbeam Cafe, just a 25-minute walk away.

The standard room was spacious with nice touches (audio in the bathroom!) and large screen TV. Very quiet, nice view of the race track.

It was very snooty and not very friendly - considering the amount we paid for one night, I expected friendlier service. Some of the advertised channels on the TV (MTV, Film 4) didn't work. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
